We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-qualified and innovative teacher to join this successful faculty; the Maths GCSE results have increased significantly over the last 2 years. The department is well-resourced having been refurbished with 5 ICT network rooms as a teaching and learning resource. Extensive investments in the MLE have placed the department in the fore-front in leading personalised learning. The curriculum offer includes GCSE in Mathematics, Statistics and Advance level courses. You will be able to motivate and teach pupils across the age and ability range, up to Advance level, and be committed to raising attainment. As a Specialist School in Science and Maths there are considerable opportunities available for outreach, community projects and personal development through the specialism. The post is suitable for either an NQT or experienced teacher.
