Results and DFE Performance Tables
We are celebrating another great set of results this year!
Our GCSE results were outstanding.
Of the students entered for GCSE:
- Progress 8 score was +0.78
- Attainment 8 score was 51.4 (well above the average for England)
- 65.5% of students attained a standard pass in English and Maths (above the average for England)
- 19.5% of students passed EBacc
- ALPS Key Stage 4 score is 3
We are especially pleased with the number of higher grades across a range of subjects:
% 9-7 Spanish (61%), Media (58%), RE (46%) and History (38%).
We are very proud of each individual child and their own personal achievements.
We are pleased to report a 99% pass rate at A level (55% A*-B and 79% A* - C grades). The proportion of students achieving the highest grades is particularly impressive. Students studying BTEC courses also achieved excellent results. When BTEC results are taken into account the A*B becomes 65% and the A*-C becomes 83%.
This continues to place us in the top 10% of schools for progress made when measured using the Alps performance measure. Our A level results have been consistently placed in the top 10% of schools by Alps for more than three years running.
A full breakdown of results by the Department for Education performance measures will be available on the website shortly.
