Open Event

We are delighted to invite prospective families to find out more about life at Bishop Douglass, by joining us at our open events. 

Open Evening: Wednesday 16th September 2026, 5.00- 7.30pm

Our open evening is the perfect opportunity to hear from our Headteacher, enjoy taster sessions, take a tour of the school and meet members of our teaching staff and students. Head of School speeches will be at 5:15pm and 6:45pm.

Curriculum Showcase: Thursday 15th October 2026, 4.15 - 5.45pm

We would like to warmly welcome everyone to our Curriculum Showcase Event. This will be an opportunity for parents and students alike to experience the broad and rich curriculum offered at Bishop Douglass, by taking part in some two taster lessons, followed by a buffet in the canteen.

Personal Tours

Personal tours and coffee mornings will run throughout September and October, offering the opportunity for 1:1 meetings with students, the Headteacher and our Head of Year 7.
