Sixth Form Supervisor

Overview

Are you approachable, organised, and passionate about supporting young people in their final years of school? We are seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Supervisor to oversee and support our Sixth Form students, helping them stay focused, motivated, and prepared for life beyond school.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the Sixth Form Study Area, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment
• Monitor attendance and punctuality, following up with students and parents as needed
• Support students in meeting academic deadlines and balancing their workload
• Provide guidance and encouragement, promoting independence, responsibility, and well-being
• Assist with the planning and delivery of enrichment activities, assemblies, and events
• Liaise with Sixth Form staff, subject teachers, and pastoral teams to support student progress

What We’re Looking For

• A calm, firm, and supportive presence with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to student success
• Basic administrative and IT skills (experience with school systems a plus)
